Summer Time
We had our first nice day of Summer, that we've been here for, in a long time. We picked our first 'real' crop of strawberries and worked a little in the yard. The boys decided that spraying each other was more fun than watering the garden, so it turned into a full on day in the water. First the hose, then the sprinklers. Tyler did eventually decide that 67 degrees really isn't warm enough to be playing in the sprinklers - but Weston didn't agree. We start getting warm at about 65 degrees. I dread the thoughts of hitting 80 degrees. (I realize that is completely bizarre and humorous to those of you who live where 80 degrees is the low and 100 is a normal high) But hey, I've acclimatized!
I've included these pictures of Weston - check out his chest. Yes, he looks emaciated in the first one - but he is really only sucking in a little. The second shot is his normal look. The kid - at 5 years old - has a six pack. And you can count his ribs just by looking. He eats plenty, he just happens to be a miniature 'David'. Really - I'd show you his chiseled butt, but that might be a little too much for the web!
