Movie Night

We had recieved 'The Fantastic 4' from netflix and being pg and about super heros we thought the boys would enjoy it. The next day they wanted to watch it again (after we had sent it back) so apparently they liked it, but while watching Weston was almost in tears because it was 'scary' and Tyler seemed indiferent. As a note, Weston is a very sensitive child. He gets very emotional when other people are hurt or scared, etc.. sadly I think he gets that from me, but as a result for most of the movie he needed to cuddle so he wouldn't be scared!

Laynie was so entertained by the hot wheels all over the room, and at one point lined up on the couch that she just walked back and forth 'driving' the cars. Making sounds and everything!

Last week she decided she could roll over, then a few days later decided she could inch along the furniture. This week she is all over the place either walking around the furniture or somehow maneuvering around the floor through rolling, turning, twisting, stretching, etc.. Really it's not graceful or looking easy at all - it all looks rather difficult made better with all her grunting, straigning sounds and screeches - but she is getting around.

Just last night she decided she can walk holding just one hand so I'm guessing that she will soon be walking on her own. Which means all normal life will cease as she is already a little terror and has yet to be fully mobile. I can only imagine what she will get into and what trouble she will find when I can't confine her!
