5 1/2 months pregnant

Well I've made it to 5 1/2 months pregnant and am starting to show so that others are able to see. John wanted to get a picture of the 'tummy', but this isn't the best shot as I am sticking it out. But I am getting bigger - and would kind of like to start showing a little more, as I still have people act shocked when they hear I am pregnant.

In fact - the day this was taken, I had a meeting with a man who was very tenative about saying anything, and then finally said hesitantly... "I'm going to be a little bold here, are you 'with child'?" Other than being weirded out by the 'with child' part of it, I was completely shocked. Ya - I'm pregnant. I feel like a water buffalo, I waddle and look like I've swallowed something dangerous! That's what I wanted to say, but 'yes' is all I got out. Then he wanted to know how far along I was (he though a few months) so he could tell me how great it was having kids. He was a little shocked when I said it was my third!

Anyway, I guess it's a compliment, but I'm still in that weird spot of not fitting maternity clothes, but looking a little silly in my clothes... kind of like I robbed a hostess van! So I have a very poochy tummy with regular clothes, or look like I've gained 100 lbs and wearing someone elses clothes, if I wear maternity clothes! it will be interesting!

But I've been loaned a lot of maternity clothes, and that makes it nice... I have more maternity clothes now than I have ever had regular clothes..... I'm still waiting to wear the tops as some are really cute.. I guess it will come though!
