A stop along the way

I am going to try to fill you in on our travels and times over the last few months, but I promise it wont be in order! This was towards the end of our journey, but I'm way too excited to not post the pictures!

We left Utah a few days earlier than planned so that we could have the opportunity to have my very talented cousin take some pictures of our family. I lover her style and am constantly amazed at her talent. You have to take a look at her work. I love how clean, simple and rich looking her style is. I know she edits the pictures to make them/us look better. But I love how she doesn't get into all the harsh editing that seems to take away from the subjects. Well here are a few of my favorites from our photo shoot. (Honestly I don't love the family picture, but that's just because John and I aren't that photogenic and the kids were being very difficult - so for the pain we were experiencing, it looks amazing!)

And the shots of the kids were all amazing, but I'll refrain from posting them all since I don't know that everyone will appreciate the quantity as much as I do!

And just because ... here is one of John and me alone.. we look less stressed, but we still need to work on our photogenic skills! I just love this one in black and white.

This might be the only picture we have of Weston when he looks "happy" for a picture. We will treasure this always!

Tyler is such a goof and this kind of captures that... he just looks like he's planning something!
